**What is the job about?**

As a Planning Specialist at Grundfos, you will be responsible for planning the supply of components and finished products for the Buenos Aires site.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Plan the supply needs for components and finished products from external suppliers and other company sites worldwide.
- Lead the sales, inventory, and operations planning cycle (SIOP & SIOE) as part of the Supply Chain team.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and production planning areas to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Develop initiatives to minimize slow-moving inventory and reduce inventory days.
- Support internal colleagues in the development of projects (ETO).
- Implement continuous improvements in area processes.
- Update planning parameters to ensure on-time deliveries and inventory health.
- Calculate and track the area's KPIs.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:





- Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Planning area
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in Excel
