You’ll keep our cash moving safely and on time—owning payments, reconciliations and liquidity reporting while helping us automate and improve.

How You Will Make an Impact

As Treasury Assistant in our Treasury function, you will support accurate, timely management of payments, collections, cash positioning and liquidity reporting. You’ll maintain banking master data, execute FX and international transfers, ensure strong controls and audit readiness, and partner across AP/AR, Accounting, Tax and Procurement to keep information flowing smoothly.

- Execute supplier (local/abroad), payroll and tax payments; monitor due dates and prioritise per policy
- Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations; investigate and clear outstanding items and differences
- Update daily cash position; prepare weekly/monthly cash flow projections and liquidity reports
- Maintain banking master data (accounts, signatories, limits, profiles); coordinate openings/closures and resolve incidents; manage fees, FX rates, service conditions and corporate cards
- Execute/record FX and international transfers; control guarantees, letters of credit and sureties; ensure documentation and validity

This role sits in Treasury (Process & Controlling) and reports to the Treasury Manager, Alicia La Morte.

What Will Make You Successful

You will be an undergraduate student in Business Administration with around two years’ treasury experience, bringing strong execution across payments, reconciliations and cash forecasting.

You will be advanced in Microsoft Excel (and comfortable across Microsoft applications), experienced with ERP and banking platforms (SAP desirable), and familiar with Central Bank of Argentina regulations for foreign payments and collections.





You will communicate clearly in English at an intermediate level, collaborate well with AP/AR, Accounting, Tax and Procurement, and uphold segregation of duties, documentation and policy compliance. Personally, you will be organised and deadline-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, a proactive, improvement-seeking mindset (including use of AI tools such as Copilot/ChatGPT and Power BI), and a respectful, team-oriented communication style.
