We are looking for a proactive team player who can help identify, attract, and evaluate talent across the digital market.Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end selection funnel, contributing from initial profile kick-off to final placement under the guidance of senior team members.
Strategic Sourcing: Assist in defining search strategies, provide market input to Hiring Managers,



and help ensure cultural and technical fit.
Operational Excellence: Manage candidate communications and tracking throughout the funnel and help ensure compliance with TD processes.
Data-Driven Decisions: Help design, analyze, and present reports to monitor process health, identify deviations, and recommend improvements.

The Essential Toolkit ?️

Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting.
Knowledge of the digital market and Argentinian labor legislation (or willingness to learn).
Advanced English.
