Kenvue is currently recruiting for Maintenance Manager. This position reports into Site Leader Pilar Plant and will be based at Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**What will you do**

Directs the operations of the Maintenance function in a manufacturing environment. Plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, structures and other facilities.
- Prioritizes, assigns, and coordinates work performed by production maintenance staff.
- Establishes, reviews and communicates plans (work/project scope, cost, schedule, resource requirements, and risks) for maintenance activity execution required to meet system demands and business objectives.
- Manages, mentors, develops, evaluates and disciplines staff. Implements performance improvement plans as needed.
- Establishes and oversees departmental budget.



Reviews expenses and implements cost controls to ensure budget is not exceeded.
- Evaluates and provides recommendations for vendors.
- Gathers and reviews data concerning facilities equipment specifications or government restrictions, required completion date and construction feasibility.
- Monitors quality and safety of work and timely completion of assigned contract by reviewing.
- Interprets Company policies to staff and enforces safety regulations.
- Drafts department policies and processes. Participates on special projects as needed.
- Monitors progress to ensure final deliverable meets lifecycle boundaries and customer acceptance criteria. Coordinates required reviews and approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Experience in maintenance leadership roles within FMCG companies is a plus
- Language: Advance English is required
