Overview
We are seeking a senior marketing professional capable of stepping into an active global marketing environment and quickly assessing, organizing, and supporting execution across multiple regions.
This role operates within a Colombian SAS company structure and supports a multi-market organization with operations across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
This is a hands-on role with elevated responsibility. You will not only support execution, but also evaluate the current marketing environment, identify immediate priorities, and help ensure the right work is being executed by the right people.
This is not a purely strategic or executive leadership role. It requires someone who can think critically, assess gaps, and then actively support execution and coordination to move work forward.
Role Structure
- Contract position under a Colombian SAS entity
- Compensation paid in Colombian Pesos (COP)
- Compensation aligned with Colombian / Latin American market levels
- Remote role with strong preference for candidates based in:
- Colombia
- Argentina
- Chile
- Work conducted across multiple time zones
- Potential to expand in scope based on performance
Language Requirements
- English: C1–C2 required (C2 strongly preferred)
- Spanish: Professional fluency required
This role requires daily communication across global teams. Candidates must be able to operate comfortably and clearly in English in both written and verbal formats.

Core Responsibility Areas1. Assessment & Prioritization
- Evaluate current marketing activities, workflows, and execution across regions
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and immediate priorities
- Help determine what work requires attention and where resources should be focused
2. Execution Support & Coordination
- Support execution of marketing initiatives across:
- B2B sales support
- B2C campaigns
- distributor and partner networks
- digital and e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure work is moving forward across multiple projects and stakeholders
3. Workflow & Operational Improvement
- Help bring structure to marketing workflows and priorities
- Improve coordination, communication, and accountability across teams
- Support development of more efficient processes where needed
4. Campaign & Asset Support
- Assist with development and deployment of:
- marketing campaigns
- email communications
- website updates and landing pages
- sales enablement materials
- content and messaging
- Ensure alignment between marketing output and business priorities
5. Reporting & Visibility
- Support tracking and reporting of marketing performance
- Help improve visibility into ongoing work, timelines, and results
- Contribute to basic dashboards and reporting structure
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Coordinating tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Reviewing ongoing work and identifying gaps or blockers
- Supporting campaign execution and launches
- Assisting with CRM and email marketing execution
- Updating website content and marketing assets
- Preparing sales and marketing materials
- Supporting reporting and performance tracking
- Ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years of marketing experience
- Experience working in multi-market or international environments
- Proven ability to:
- assess marketing execution and identify gaps
- support both strategy alignment and hands-on execution
- Experience supporting:
- campaigns
- digital marketing
- content or sales enablement
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Experience
- Experience working across North America, Europe, and Latin America
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
- Experience with CMS / website updates
- Experience working with agencies or distributed teams
- Exposure to distributor or partner-based sales environments
