**KEY RESPONSABILITES**:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and refine business concepts into scalable, high-value propositions.
- Validate business models, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, detailing timelines, costs,



and resource requirements.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage external contractors (e.g., developers, marketers) to build and promote the product or MVP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet business goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or related fields.
- Proven success in building and scaling online businesses, with experience in e-commerce being a plus.
- Strong expertise in market research, business model validation, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams and hiring contractors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, product launches, and online business operations.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
