We are looking for a
Product Manager
based in
Buenos Aires, Argentina,
to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Chemical Manufacturing company, headquartered in North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany.
Our client's products and services are designed to serve the most essential human needs of health and nutrition.
Responsibilities
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead the project team, providing direction and support to team members.
Regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
Requirements
Advanced level of English.




4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.
2+ years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end, including project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
2+ years of experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and foster a collaborative working environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience effectively presenting project status, risks, and updates to clients, executives, and project teams.
Solid experience on project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, along with experience using project management platforms (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience managing complex projects.
Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
Proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing large teams and budgets.
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
