International Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant

We are currently hiring two Intake Specialist / Legal Assistant team members to support our growing legal team. This is a fully remote position open only to international candidates. Idóneo candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working overnight U.S. hours.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective clients
Conduct client intake interviews and gather case details accurately
Enter and update client information in case management systems
Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients




Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and case managers
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience as an intake specialist, legal assistant, or administrative assistant preferred
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
Comfortable working overnight CST hours
