Role Overview
We are looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join the Operations team. This person will play a key role in monitoring and reconciling financial transactions with acquirers, banks, and other service providers.
Hybrid: twice a week in Saavedra.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments, settlements, and account balances.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transaction accuracy.




Generate and present regular reconciliation reports.
Assist in improving reconciliation processes and controls.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation or a related field.
Experience in fintech, payments or related fields.
Advanced English level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in fintech, banking, or payment processing is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reconciliation tools is a plus.
