As Purchasing Analyst for our IT area, you’ll be key to procure the hardware for the sophisticated infrastructure at the heart of our SaaS cloud products. Working in collaboration with our IT area, you’ll manage the complete purchase cycle to ensure that the Avature machine is always at its best.
Your challenges and objectives
- Obtain in-depth understanding of our financial operations, including our various general entities.
- Become an expert in international IT purchases to make procurement processes smooth and effective.
- Collaborate with our IT area to understand the technical needs of our infrastructure.
- Develop great relationships with our vendors.
Your day-to-day activities
- Manage and renew purchases and service contracts for our IT area.
- Organize the logístical aspects of our procurement processes, including deliveries, internal payment processing,
and negotiating discounts and terms and conditions of payment with our vendors.
- Analyze documents, including quotes, contracts, and receipts.
- Communicate IT needs to Finance.
- Interact with Legal for contract revision when necessary.
About you
- Experience in administration.
- Tech-savvy.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in international purchases and negotiating with vendors is a plus.
