To support operational and financial decision-making at scale, we’re looking for a **Senior Data Analyst (Operations & Finance)** to transform transactional, operational, and financial data into actionable insights. This role provides end-to-end visibility into money flows across the platform and acts as a key analytical partner to Finance, Operations, Fraud, and Data teams.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Own transactional performance monitoring**:



define and manage core operational payment metrics such as transaction volume, success/failure rates by provider, transaction type, and geography. Identify anomalies, service degradations, and trends that impact user experience or business results.
- **Provider performance analysis**: build and maintain analytical frameworks to evaluate payment providers based on processing times, fail rates, SLAs, costs, and performance benchmarks. Act as the analytical reference for provider selection and negotiation decisions.
- **Operational financial analysis**: produce analyses related to profitability, unit economics, P&L;, cash flow, and operational costs. Understand and quantify the financial impact of operational decisions (provider changes, new products, geographic expansion).
