We are looking for a **NOC Analyst** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Detect and respond to incidents, outages, latency issues, and performance deviations.
- Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
- Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.
- Monitor system operation in terms of postings.

**Requirements**:

- Data Analytics (Databases, SQL)
- Experience in technology
- Ability (technical and judgment)



to understand urgency and make decisions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues
- Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in English
- **This position requires availability to work from 2 pm to 11 pm ART on a 5-day work week with rotating days off. It may also require availability for rotating shifts to cover occasional leave coverage.**
