You will work closely with key stakeholders and navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment.As a key player in day-to-day operations, you will also lead strategic planning initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and driving the overall success of our highly dynamic supply chain while creating opportunities for professional growth.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.**Your key responsibilities*** Perform daily production scheduling for both internal operations and subcontractors (tollers)* Manage daily missing parts and backorder processing* Ensure Sales Order (SO) confirmation within 48 hours* Provide strong support to the Customer Care team* Conduct daily follow-ups with stakeholders (Operations, Quality Control, tollers)**You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)* Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for material planning; strong knowledge of SAP is required,
