Department Overview

The Accounting Department serves as the financial backbone and strategic compass of the organization. Beyond managing accounts, the team translates complex data into the essential insights that guide executive decision‑making and ensure long‑term stability. Their reports and reconciliations directly influence business strategy. Furthermore, the team manages complex audits with expertise, ensuring transparent, real‑time financial clarity. They oversee all financial operations, ranging from day‑to‑day accounts payable and receivable to complex tax compliance and strategic forecasting. Their commitment is to provide these services with unwavering accuracy and professional excellence.

Job Description

This accounting analyst will be responsible for:

- Monthly/quarterly balance‑sheet review with regional accounting manager
- Improving B/S health and accounting reconciliation quality
- Closing accounting for Argentina, including issue resolution and late entry review/submission
- Annual audit attendance and balance‑sheet preparation
- Preparation of tax calculations and analysis
- Ensuring practice compliance with no exposure




- Providing accounting guidance to business and finance functions for existing operations
- Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region
- Attending to government requirements
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Project support on new business/process initiatives

This is a 100% onsite role. Our office is based in Nicolás repetto 3656.

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree highly desirable; major in Accounting preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting activities
- “Big 4” experience preferred
- Oracle experience preferred
- International background preferred
- US GAAP knowledge preferred

Skill Requirements

- High analytic and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of taxes and internal controls
- Assertive communication skills
- English domain highly desirable
- Familiarity with Oracle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google tools
