About the Role We’re hiring an Operations Manager to build and scale operations from the ground up for a growing professional services business. This is a zero-to-one role — you’ll create systems, SOPs, and workflows from scratch, manage contractors, and drive execution. Adecuado for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership. Key Responsibilities

- Build and document operational workflows and SOPs
- Manage contractors, vendors, and a Virtual Assistant
- Own CRM and implement automations (Zapier, Make, AI tools)
- Support outbound campaigns and content operations




- Track projects, priorities, and deliverables
- Act as a gatekeeper to protect focus and ensure execution

What Success Looks Like

- 30 days: SOPs started, contractors aligned, dashboard live
- 60 days: VA onboarded, outreach running, workflows documented
- 90 days: Systems stable, automations in place, minimal leadership involvement
- 6 months: Fully scalable, self-sustaining operations

Requirements

- 3+ years managing contractors or remote teams
- Proven experience building operations from scratch
- Strong SOP and documentation skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Near-native written English
- Background in professional services
- 6+ hours overlap with EST

Nice to Have

- Based in Argentina
- Experience managing VAs
- Content operations (LinkedIn, newsletters)
- Experience supporting founders or small teams
