a comprehensive medical plan and moreWhat You Will Do: Oversee freight invoices for North America exports, imports, and Cruise for Empresa confidencial and Nalco.Investigate invoice processing issues, identify root causes, and support resolution to ensure 98% on-time payment.Manage email inbox for new invoices and questions from carrier partners and internal teams.Partner with carriers to manage monthly SOA reports and resolve open invoices.Partner with AP and auditing teams internally to correct any invoice errors.Identify trends and escalate if support is needed at a broader level to maintain on-time payment.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in progress in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.Fluent in English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to balance daily w
