**We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team!**

**Tasks**:
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Identify, research and resolve routine technical problems of low and moderate complexity
- Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems
**Requirements**:
- Studies in Technical education related to IT management, Technical Support, Infrastructure
- Previous experience is not required, but is a plus
- Tech savvy with knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
