We are looking for a Product Manager based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Chemical Manufacturing company, headquartered in North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany.
Our client’s products and services are designed to serve the most essential human needs of health and nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead the project team, providing direction and support to team members.
- Regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English.
- 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end, including project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- 2+ years of experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience effectively presenting project status, risks, and updates to clients, executives, and project teams.
- Solid experience on project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, along with experience using project management platforms (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience managing complex projects.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing large teams and budgets.
