- Ensures that all staff adhere to policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Ensuring that operations run smoothly in their assigned area.
- Coordinate with the Management.
Qualifications:
- Preferably fresh graduate
- Demonstrate leadership skills (have experience in leading a team)
- Joined organization in the academe and excel as leader
- Has strong interpersonal skills
