We’re currently partnering with a growing international company looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Junior Sales Back-Office professional who will play a key role in supporting structured outreach, lead qualification, and LinkedIn engagement initiatives.
This is a part-time remote opportunity adecuado for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.
As a Junior Sales Back-Office, you will work closely with the Sales Leader, executing a clear outreach and engagement plan to help expand the company’s network, generate qualified conversations, and strengthen its LinkedIn presence. This role is execution-focused and requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills in English.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify target companies and decision-makers from provided lead lists.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and structured follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Grow and manage LinkedIn network strategically.
- Publish content and support engagement initiatives following a defined plan.
- Track and report predefined performance metrics.
- Support conference planning logistics (travel coordination, schedules, hotel bookings).
? Required Qualifications:
- Advanced English level (B2+ / C1) — strong written communication skills are essential.
- 2+ years of work experience (lead generation companies, call centers, marketing agencies, recruitment agencies, travel agencies, or similar environments).
- Background in Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach (Sales Navigator is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven mindset.
