We are currently recruiting a Technician at Mercedes-Benz Mornington.

About The Role:
You’ll play a vital role in servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles in accordance with brand procedures and dealership standards.
- Provide efficient, top-quality work with a focus on Fixed First Visit outcomes.
- Maintain and surpass monthly productivity and efficiency goals.
- Ensure professional communication and presentation consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Follow all OH&S; policies and keep a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Keep up to date with Mercedes-Benz technical literature, software, and training.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices.
- Record all service and repair details accurately for customer records.
We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Ideally, candidates with experience working on luxury vehicles.
- Proficiency in performing mechanical repairs.
- Experience with accurately completing job cards.
- Ability to carry out quality inspections when required.
- A strong team player who thrives in a highly professional dealership environment.
- A valid driver's license and a passion for the automotive industry.
