Job Responsibilities
Description
Primary responsibility is to perform administrative and accounting tasks providing transactional support to the Business Unit located in US. The position will directly report to the Shared Services Accounts Payable Team Lead.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter AP documents into local ERP
- Assist AP team with payment processing and invoices coding
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail, including mail received via the shared mailboxes
Qualifications
- Currently undertaking a university degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration or similar subjects in UADE, UCA, USAL, Belgrano or UBA (other universities will not be considered). Required to have at least 18 months pending of studies.
- Must be based in Buenos Aires
- Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus
- Intermediate English required
- Flexibility to execute administrative and accounting tasks associated to the above responsibilities within working time set
- Analytical skills and detail oriented
- Accountability and seriousness to perform / willing to learn
