Estamos buscando un Asesor Senior de Precios de Transferencia para sumarse a nuestro equipo global de impuestos. Este rol clave se enfoca en mejorar el cumplimiento y la presentación de informes de precios de transferencia a nivel global,



adoptando soluciones de automatización y brindando asesoramiento estratégico a nuestros grupos de productos en expansión.

Reportando al Gerente de Impuestos, Usted estará a cargo de lo siguiente:

- Gestión del cumplimiento global en precios de transferencia, incluyendo documentación, reportes locales, análisis de comparabilidad y coordinación con proveedores externos.
- Mejora continua y automatización de procesos, con foco en estandarización y consistencia global.




- Actualización de reportes clave como Master File y Reporte País por País.
- Monitoreo de legislación internacional y aplicación de buenas prácticas.
- Asesoramiento técnico a unidades de negocio y actores internos de Rio Tinto a nivel global brindando apoyo en reorganizaciones, transacciones y auditorías fiscales.
- Revisión de transacciones intercompany y análisis de ajustes anuales junto al equipo financiero.
- Participación en proyectos estratégicos de precios de transferencia y coordinación con áreas clave (Contabilidad, Legal, Tesorería, Operaciones).
- Gestión de relaciones con auditores externos y proveedores de servicios.

- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en precios de transferencia en firmas de consultoría o empresas multinacionales.
- Formación en Contabilidad, Derecho, Economía, Finanzas o equivalente.
- Dominio de español e inglés.
- Experiencia en documentación, cumplimiento normativo y auditorías fiscales.
- Capacidad analítica para revisar datos y proponer recomendaciones.
- Buen manejo del tiempo, organización y trabajo colaborativo con equipos diversos.
- Interés por la mejora continua y automatización de procesos en Power BI.
- Conocimientos en sistemas contables y ajustes intercompany.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.

We are looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor to join our global tax team. This key role focuses on enhancing global compliance and reporting for transfer pricing, adopting automation solutions, and providing strategic advice to our expanding product groups.

Reporting to the TAX Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing global transfer pricing compliance, including documentation, local reporting, comparability analysis, and coordination with external providers.
- Driving continuous improvement and automation,



with a focus on global standardization and consistency.
- Updating key reports such as the Master File and Country-by-Country Report.
- Monitoring international legislation and implementing best practices.
- Providing technical advice to business units and internal stakeholders across Rio Tinto globally, supporting reorganizations, transactions, and tax audits.
- Reviewing intercompany transactions and conducting annual transfer pricing adjustments with the finance team.
- Participating in strategic transfer pricing projects and coordinating with key areas (Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Operations).
- Managing relationships with external auditors and service providers.

What you'll bring to be considered for this role:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing within consulting firms or multinational companies.
- Degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in documentation, compliance, and tax audits.
- Strong analytical skills to review data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Interest in process improvement and automation in Power BI.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and intercompany adjustments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
