Location: Argentina – Remote, Some US Central or Eastern Time Zone alignment required
Hours: 40 hours/week – limited overtime
Expected Pay Range: $2,500 - $3,500/month USD (dependent on experience)
Reports To: Business Owner/CEO, Operations Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, curious Analyst who loves spreadsheets and storytelling.
This is not a “just crunch the numbers” job.
Your work will directly inform whether founders make payroll, launch a new SKU, or close their next round.
If you’ve ever wanted to see your spreadsheets actually change a business’s future, this is that role.
Analyst Responsibilities:
- Model & Forecast: Build and maintain 3-5 year forecasts, 12-month budgets, and 13-week cash flow projections for startups and scaling brands.
- Translate the Numbers: Turn raw financials into KPIs and variance analysis founders can actually use.
- Spot Trends: Analyze data to highlight risks, opportunities, and “aha” insights.
- Build Dashboards: Create clear, simple visuals so CEOs don’t get lost in the weeds.
- Support Client Communication:
Help CFOs prep for calls with founders, draft technical recaps and replies for email and slack, send Loom videos, etc.
- Collaborate: Partner with our CFOs and Project Management to move projects forward, on time and with quality.
- Delegate and Document: Work with the larger team to get the work done when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, including advanced functions like INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, graphs, charts, formulas, and data analysis tools
- Familiarity working in virtual consulting teams, partnering with a project manager, and triaging client needs
- Comfort learning and using software tools including,
but not limited to: Slack, Zoom, project management tools, etc.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying curiosity and creativity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, delivering quality, consistent, and timely work for our clients
- Understands the importance of working within and delivering upon scope, while considering opportunities to drive additional value and collaborating with Project Management and CFOs on timing and implementation
- Ability to follow, improve, and create a standard operating procedure (SOP) for assigned tasks and deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in support of internal and external engagement and partnership
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn and develop within the role and business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a unified, supportive, and solutions-oriented team
- Embraces full ownership of assigned tasks and client deliverables, proactively communicating progress, roadblocks and risks, or needs for assistance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have startup/CPG industry experience
- Know your way around Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or wholesale platforms
- Have worked with FP&A; tools (Jirav, Forecastr, etc.)
- Geek out over AI/automation and finding efficiencies
- Desire to grow into a client-facing role
