Region South (Argentina, Chile & Uruguay)

Job Description

Is responsible to manage and execute local Benefits and Local HR Communication processes.





Also this role has the responsibility to manage Personnel Administration processes according to Local Legal Requirements within three countries of Region South

Main Responsibilities

- Manage Human Resources policies and collaborate monitoring their application.

Introduce changes and updates when deemed necessary and appropriate in accordance with local needs and conforming to the alignment with the organization’s objectives.

- Coordinate and manage the internal communication processes for People Management as well as initiatives, and local and global processes.

Contribute on the development of external communications according with Global guidelines and / or local priorities areas to continue to reinforce AbbVie’s reputation within Region South markets.

- Manage People Analytics as well as track and present HR KPIs to ensure a thorough analysis of the results and thus contribute to the corresponding development and action plans
- Responsible for the HC control and reporting process ensuring alignment with the Financial Area.

You will also maintain the Organizational Chart updated by area.





- Control the appropriate budget allocation for related initiatives in terms of People, Culture, Best Place to Work, EDI, Employee training, etc.

- Manage and coordinate people Benefits and Local Awards portfolio along with their associated vendors.

Collaborate in market monitoring activities as well as peer companies to ensure alignment with best practices in line with the positioning strategy for Region South.

- Responsible to manage specific people administration actions ensuring its framework to local legal requirements within ARG, CHI and URU.

Contribute to the execution of Health & Safety procedures aligned to local legal requirement in each country including occupational medicine.





- Responsible for monitoring employee information in Workday ensuring that the information is timely updated in accordance with the policies and requirements on a case-by-case basis.

- Oversee Service Center Management based on related statistical analysis and communication with employees to report areas of opportunities ensuring the required efficacy and efficiency levels.

Collaborate in updating information/databases for HR Connect Team as well as updating the HR Portal across the Region South.

- Collaborate in the execution of training and development programs at a local level.

Provides support to functional BRH partners with process management, programs and initiatives in Talent Management and Talent Development.

- Contribute and collaborate locally and globally in the execution of initiatives and Organizational Culture Management programs,



as well as other positioning actions and reputation in the market in accordance with the defined strategies for each country.

- Responsible for the Welcome Message (First Day) to New Hires orienting them in the initial integration processes.

Collaborate with BHR partners in the execution of the Onboarding Plan through the different stages during the first year.

- Collaborate and provide support to the BHR partners in the areas of Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Culture, and other strategies and initiatives that might arise as a response to local and integral business strategies across the three countries.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or correlated areas
- Intermediary English Skills
