We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist ready to change an industry and join our HR Team in Buenos Aires or Barcelona.



What You Will Do



- Evaluate organizational development needs



- Build and execute learning global strategies and programs



- Work close to HRBPs and business leaders to conduct employee talent assessments and make development recommendations.



- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, People Experience team members and others across the people team and the business to understand the needs of the employee population.



- Design and develop training material, on line libraries, career paths, according to learning defined global focus.



- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling training and setting up systems and equipment.



- Follow up on the programs and actions implemented (create surveys, collect results and work on conclusions)



- Take ownership of identifying opportunities, tackling challenging or difficult tasks and seeking to drive improvement.



- Partner to ensure the LMS, Internal Learning platform, and curated learning resources are up to date, current and active.



- Identify and manage vendors that can help deliver training and development. Send pre and post-learning event communications (e.



g. reminders, surveys, newsletters, evaluations).



Research and support the vendor selection of learning management tools, and support the implementation of new tools as needed



Who you are



- An experienced L&D; professional, with a proven 3-5 years of experience in the role at a global level



- Sufficiently organized and able to work at a fast pace to handle high volume of workload



- Familiarized with e-learning platforms and practices.



- Experienced in IT Industry.



- Fluent English speaker



- Skilled at developing plans that are aligned with both the employee strategy, and the goals and priorities of relevant teams and partners.



- Pragmatic, and business focused



- Able to run a needs analysis in order to determine the most relevant learning objectives



- Influential at all levels, and comfortable interacting cross functionally with key stakeholders



- High emotional intelligence person - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business



- Student or gradated to a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Project Management disciplines.



- Clear and effective communicator in both written and oral formats with strong attention to detail.



- Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. Google Suite, Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Keynote, Survey Tools and Tableau) with Learning Design Authoring Tools (e.
