discipline, and simplification As a team leader, you will support all internal areas’ mission to drive solutions to innovate and standardize operational processes. You’ll work with different areas, and you will get the best from them. You’ll evaluate technical documents, execute test scenarios and track and report on the progress of the tasks in hand to the project and management teams. In collaboration with other teams, such as Business Analysts, Global Operations Implementation team, and other IT partners, you will formulate and document Operational requirements and prioritize enhancements. You’ll produce documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and develop flowcharts to be uploaded in our internal page, ensuring the timely transmission and publication of policies. You’ll participate in surveys and identify opportunities for improvement in conjunction with areas. You’ll review processes / procedures together with all teams. Regarding processes, you ‘ll prepare mappings and flow diagrams for diagnosis, redesign and improvement. Also, you’ll design methodology for improving and controlling expenses and any cost associated to operational offices. All documents will be aligned to the strategic policies and procedures of Corporate and Region regulations. You’ll implement global standardized processes. You’ll get engagement, ownership, self-engagement from colleagues with communication effectiveness. For this role, you’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, administration or related and bring knowledge of the payment business with an insight into back-office related operational processes. You’ll need more than 4 years of relevant work experience, including experience in procurement / strategic sourcing and contract management. You’ll need a comprehensive vision of the organization based on strategic thinking and participatory leadership. You’ll be self-managed, analytical, and versatile. It’s required knowledge on Office Package, Visio, and other APPs. Besides, you must be able to interact with all sectors of the company and be results oriented. It’s required advance English level. Ideally, you will also have previous experience as a tester. You will have excellent communication skills and have an analytical mindset. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
