Team overview and job responsibilities



We are seeking an energetic, organized and conscientious Controller / Financial Administrator professional at La Rosa plant located in Mataderos, Ciudad Autónoma of Buenos Aires (90% on site, 10% remote working). The ideal candidate will epitomize a positive attitude, with a client first approach.



Main responsibilities:



- Timely and accurate reporting of group and local financial accounting results

- Control fixed costs and analysis

- Develop, organize and record annual and partial inventory

- Analysis of variable costs of production (raw material and labor costs)

- Maintain financial accounting records and reconciliations

- Develop and maintain relevant financial accounting controls and procedures

- Support operational functions with process improvement

- Be part of the team and able to lead and guide the team to reach the targets. Acting as the role model and being able to provide required support to the team members, open and embrace to changes and accountable to deal with complexities.



Who are we looking for?



We’re are looking for a Controller who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer-oriented approach. We are looking for the following skills and motivations:



-  Professional or student in Accounting or Business Administration

- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience. A multi-site global manufacturing organization´s experience is highly preferred.

- Strong data driven problem solving and analytical skills required

-  Advanced Level of Excel, database. Knowledge and work experience of standard ERP system and data warehouse is a must. SAP experience is highly preferred.

- Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, organizing, prioritizing, and follow through on assignments, projects and reports while meeting all deadlines.

- Strong verbal, written, persuasive, conflict management skills. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

- Advanced Level of English

Visión general del rol y responsabilidades



Buscamos un profesional enérgico, organizado y comprometido que se desempeñe como Controller Financiero en la planta La Rosa ubicada en Mataderos, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (90% presencial 10% remoto). El candidato ideal se destacará por una actitud positiva con una fuerte orientación al cliente.



Principales responsabilidades:



- Realizar informes oportunos y precisos de los resultados de la contabilidad financiera local y del grupo

- Control y análisis de costos fijos

- Desarrollo, organización y registros de inventarios parciales y anuales

- Análisis de costos variables de producción (materias primas, mano de obra)

- Mantener registros y conciliaciones de contabilidad financiera

- Desarrollar y mantener controles y procedimientos de contabilidad financiera

- Apoyar las funciones operativas con la mejora de procesos

- Ser parte del equipo y ser capaz de liderar y guiar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos

- Actuar como modelo a seguir y ser capaz de brindar el apoyo requerido a los miembros del equipo, abrirse y aceptar los cambios y ser responsable de lidiar con las complejidades.



¿A quién buscamos?



Buscamos un Controller Financiero orientado a resultados y que sea capaz de moverse en un mercado heterogéneo con resiliencia. Buscamos las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:



- Estudios universitarios finalizados o en curso en Contabilidad o Administración de Empresas

- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares, deseable en una industria multinacional

-  Se requieren sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas

- Nivel avanzado de Excel y base de datos. El conocimiento y la experiencia laboral del sistema ERP estándar es imprescindible. Se valorará la experiencia de SAP.

- Capacidad para administrar de manera eficiente el tiempo y la carga de trabajo, lo que incluye la planificación, organización, priorización y seguimiento de las asignaciones, proyectos e informes mientras se cumplen todos los plazos.

- Fuertes habilidades verbales, escritas, persuasivas y de manejo de conflictos. Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales en todos los niveles de la organización.

- Idioma Inglés avanzado
