The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring that every deliverable is validated according to the deliverable criteria and campaign specific requirements outlined in the campaign playbooks.

The Quality Control Administrator ensures that the deliverable validation process includes the review of each deliverable record, call recording and/or emails and chats to confirm deliverable is qualified.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Review and fully understand deliverable criteria and campaign specific requirements

Review call recordings, emails, and/or chats

Confirm deliverable is qualified and approve, defer, or requalify

Provide feedback to Campaign Manager and Supervisor regarding deliverable quality, when applicable

Assist in the onboarding and training of new Quality Control Administrators

Participates in regular calibration sessions

Maintain and update Quality Control process documents and portal

Complete monitoring form for each deliverable validated

Conduct audits on deliverables processed, as requested

Collaborate with the MTC team to review and improve campaign playbooks

Work alongside the Client Success team to ensure that deferred deliverables are processed in a timely manner while efficiently evaluated

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and work autonomously

Comprehensive understanding of communication compliance requirements related to privacy and data protection laws.

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to build strong relationships, gain credibility, and partner with clients, business leaders, and peers.

Thorough understanding of defining outcomes, meeting and exceeding deadlines, and expectations.Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of Marketing experience, with emphasis on demand generation and sales

Proficient with Microsoft Office (O365) Applications

High School Diploma, required. Associates Degree, preferably.

Experience with accessing and using campaign playbooks

Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience

Minimum of one (1) year with Televerde

Ability to read, write and speak fluent English, requiredWork Environment/Physical Demands

Essential physical requirements of this job include:

Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive motion.

Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, and sit.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
