Job Overview/Summary The R2R Process Lead will serve as the process content expert and resource in supporting the effective performance of Cost and Inventory Accounting as well as Management Reporting across the Atlas countries. The Process Lead will work closely with end PU& End users to support issue resolution, ensure process adherence and adoption, support training program effectiveness, monitor process performance through KPI’s and process review routines, and ensure strong action plans are in place to address process, system, people, or data related issues impacting process performance. The Process Lead will have a strong working relationship with local Cost Power Users, PS Finance, Controllers and P&A; Managers. Will be involved in identifying and defining process improvements through the monitoring of business results and process adherence within the SAP Sustainability Team. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Ensure process adherence across geographies for Inventory & Cost and Management Reporting Subprocess Establish and execute work routines that ensure routine review, follow-up, and action planning is happening to support effective process execution. Assess and monitor process performance via KPI’s and process reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to processes and routines as designed. Lead the Annual Standard Cost Roll Process for LATAM Partner cross-functionally with BTT Process Leads (Planning, OTC, Manufacturing, P2P) and MDO for process improvement. Ensure process execution within Clorox Policy & Procedures Support local process teams in Issue resolution and action planning Facilitate and monitor efforts toward SAP issue resolution in a timely manner. Maintain detailed knowledge of processes within assigned departments, and understand how processes transcend boundaries and impact other functions within the organization. Develop a network of Inventory & Cost SME’s across LATAM PS Finance Own training content for their process area, and ensure effective train-the-trainer capability Support configuration specialists and help translate functional business requirements into technical requirements/specifications. Support of System Maintenance & Upgrades Leverage SAP as a tool to support Business Management, and generate value to the Business Connect data analysis with business issues to provide insights that drive business decisions. Connect with the Finance & Accounting function to identify and deliver process improvement projects that generate value for the function/business Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required Years and Type of Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience in the specific areas of Inventory, Cost & Manufacturing Accounting and Management Reporting with direct responsibility for month end close, COGS variance analysis, and business results reporting. Working experience on finance business planning cycles, annual budgets and forecast updates Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including relationship between three financial statements. Minimum 4 yrs. of SAP system knowledge & SAP ERP implementation. Knowledge in SAP CO, COPA, COPC and Material Ledger. Hyperion/Essbasse a plus. Strong track record of process implementation and improvement ensuring that processes are aligned with financial policies, processes, and procedures. Business Process knowledge in the context of SAP Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence Establish and build strong cross-functional business partnership across LATAM, Data Organization team and US Corporate Office. Thrives in a fluid business environment and is able to juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize with ease. Track record of good decisions when facing new and unfamiliar challenges. Effective at working remotely and in a center led, geographically dispersed operating model Ability to lead continuous improvement project efforts Effective at integrating across processes, to understand upstream/downstream impacts Bilingual Spanish and English, with an ability to engage effectively across a range of organizational levels. Education Level/Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA/MBA a plus More about Finance Ready to keep learning?
