Job Description Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with consumers and SMEs to define requirements Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and key partners Demonstrate tools (and associated enhancements)
to stakeholder community Facilitate requirement discussions with stakeholders Identify and articulate functional gaps and enhancement opportunities; apply creativity to solve/bridge such gaps Author business requirements and supporting materials to articulate business needs and support prioritization Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories Manage stakeholder expectations from requirement definition to delivery Contribute to the development of a multi-year product roadmap Document end-to-end processes and data flows Create training documentation, release notes and user guides Author, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts and success criteria; validate UAT test activities Support release events, prior/during/post deployment Maintain a current understanding of evolving data model and complex taxonomy Triage and prioritize testing, post implementation and production defects Support the definition and generation of relevant product metrics and reporting Core Competencies: Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams Strong oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographies in English Detail oriented and analytical Familiarity with Agile software development methodology (Scrum) Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes Ability to use MS Excel, Visio Pluses: Basic SQL, Document Management experience, data taxonomy exposure, working knowledge of XML and JSON as data formats Specific Required Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis and/or Product Management role Prior experience working in a regulated financial services environment preferred
