We are a Córdoba-based company working on challenging global projects. We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting and rewarding environment in an international setting. Primary Responsibilities: Join an internally facing IT helpdesk team which supports a tech stack including: - Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise) - Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2019) - Microsoft Azure Active Directory & Office 365 - Various Cloud and On-Premise Line of Business Applications Secondary responsibilities: Manage and Improve the company knowledge base including:

- Helpdesk Outcomes to assist internal users to solve their own problems - Business product knowledge formatting and relational linking - Verification of card content requires follow-up with key managers High Level Requirements: - 2 Years in a similar, Level 1 or 2 Desktop Support Role - Strong Windows 10 OS and Office365 Application Support Experience - A thorough understanding of fundamentals such as: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing and Switching - Strong verbal and written communications skills. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and to prioritize constantly evolving tasks and projects. Detailed Requirements: - Must be Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Relevant certs from Microsoft or Cisco such as MCSA, CCENT, CCNA not required, but a plus - Basic Powershell skills on Windows Desktop Operating Systems - Basic Powershell experience with Exchange Online and Azure AD Powershell Modules - A working knowledge of Azure & Office Web GUI - Experience with Windows ADK and System image development - Troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing computer components - High attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organization skills - Able and willing to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines This is a full-time position with benefits, paid holidays and vacation. Located in Cordoba Centro.
