As Staffing Analyst, you will play a critical role in connecting our team members with projects that best use their unique talents. You will help identify strategies to reduce the time to fill openings by understanding the profiles needed by the accounts. You will be a key member of the Talent Operations team and collaborate across all levels and departments to drive operational excellence on staffing activities.ResponsibilitiesExecute on our staffing strategy for job openings.Obtain information related to the profile and requirements of openings.Work together with the Recruiting area to identify the best candidates for different openings.Present candidates to different clients and projects.Collaborate with the Delivery, Technology, Creative Services, and Sales areas to identify possibilities in the different accounts.Oversee Talent pool of candidates and make sure it is aligned with the present and future demand.Collaborate with the Talent Development and Training area to nurture and grow the skill of team members. Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.ProfileHighly passionate and collaborative professional who thrives working in a team settingHas a minimum of three years of experience in Staffing or Project Management for a Software Development firm or similar industry Earned a BS or advanced degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field, or equivalent professional experienceAnalytical mindset, that seeks to make data:based decisions and improve processes Experience working with large, distributed teams Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Spanish and in EnglishForever curious and looking for the latest trend, best practice, or innovation to improve Staffing practicesDollar:Indexed Salary : Compensation is adjusted every month to ensure that what they earn is fair and steady.
