You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and company goals Your Responsibilities: Sales order loadingCreation of purchase orders and contracts for services.Customer order trackingTrack purchases from factoriesCoordination of dispatches to clientsCoordination with transport and warehouseAttention to customer inquiries according to assigned portfolioGeneration of reportability to client.KPI measurement.Billing IssuanceManagement of commercial terms foreign tradeYour background: Professional career in Commercial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical5 Years of experience in similar positionsEnglish (mandatory)SAP (user level - mandatory)Excel advanced level (mandatory)Experience in generating contracts / Purchase ordersExperience in managing customer accounts
