you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.Large Customer Sales has the mission to help our clients reach their business objectives by offering Google solutions. You're a proven leader responsible for business, marketing, and operational strategies, revenue management, and thought leadership in your industry. You'll execute the business planning for your team, develop key strategic relationships with customers in the industry, communicate sales best practices to your direct reports, define and prioritize business opportunities, and represent Google at industry events and in front of the media. Your ability to develop, train, coach, mentor, and lead other managers and exceptional sales teams is essential. You'll report to the Country Director.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Lead your team with empathy, focus and helping them achieve their objectives (including diversity, career, etc.).Reach or exceed your Google objectives while helping clients achieve their business objectives.Act cross-functionally in a number of areas including People, Elections and other. Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.12 years of combined experience in media, sales management and/or consulting.10 years of experience in the industry (marketing, brand management or advertising sales).Ability to speak and write fluent English and Spanish fluently. Preferred qualifications:Relevant experience breaking through and selling to the C-level, particularly in large, matrixes organizations.Experience in leading sales teams and other managers effectively.Coaching and mentoring skills (sales, career development). Continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to regularly give and receive feedback.Cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management skills. Sales growth oriented and operationally sound.
