The Spanish Latin America Products & Solutions team is responsible for bridging the gap between the current and future advertising ecosystem through the best products and solutions to help advertisers thrive. Our scope spans across 18+ countries, with main offices in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Miami. As the part of the Product Solutions brand team, you will work with and get insights into the workings and specifics of all Spanish speaking Latin America markets and their largest clients. You will influence the media strategies of these clients. Internally, you will collaborate across Google and understand other functions and teams (e.g. Go-To-Market, Product Managers). In this role,

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Work with regional and global teams to localize our strategy, advocate about Privacy durable solutions, focused on Privacy Sandbox and participate in the Alphas.Work as part of key regional and local task forces with cross-functional teams (eg. gTech, Platforms, Americas Go-to-Market and Global teams) to unify the strategy. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations. Participate in our Privacy Pillar being the referent for Privacy sandbox advances and activation. Identify gaps in Privacy Sandbox Solutions and build business cases to influence the product roadmap based on advertiser needs. Minimum qualifications:5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Products and Google products like Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms, Google Analytics.Experience selling/purchasing media or in a Product Specialist/Data Scientist role. Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL)Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.Preferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Bioinformatics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.Experience in a role involving cross-functional alignment and exposure to senior stakeholders. Knowledge and experience of Google advertising solutions, in particular of Measurement, data and audience solutions and ad technology and marketing technology.Ability to juggle defining/escalating product gaps while simultaneously training and commercializing products.Passion for product development with an extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment.
