The Digital and Multichannel Lead South Cone will be responsible to integrate Digital strategy with business needs aligning on key priorities, product simplification and resource allocation, focusing on creating value. Managing effective communication with the Digital Country Leader and/or the Digital Region Leader,

in topics related with Digital initiatives and Multichannel Marketing (MCE).

Main projects include (but not limited to): All global, regional, or local in digital and Multichannel topics, like Web development (Magnolia CMS), MCE platforms (SFMC), Web Portals, Mobile Apps, etc.

Main responsibilities:

Should ensure that each project contributes directly to Play to Win and Digital Strategy defining outcomes with clear milestones and trackable deliverables. Digital Leader scope include DIGITAL support for General Medicines, Specialty Care, Vaccines and CHC GBUs within MCO South Cone. To liaise with DIGITAL Regional leaders from other GBUs (e.g. Vaccine, Genzyme) when required. Experience in interacting with a multicultural and distributed team. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead by influence. Promote and market the application / platform to the business optimizing application usage, training users, explaining functionalities, and promoting application optimal usage.

Professional graduated as Engineer or Marketing Digital background, with at least 5 years experience in a similar position Experience with CRM Platform, Campaign Manager, Sales Forces is a plus Fluent English is a must
