Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:



- Lead a deep and holistic understanding of the digital trends, insights and learnings The o2o team & key stakeholders:

inspiring and transforming knowledge into business opportunities to our associates by establishing an engaging learning program aligned to our growth strategy within digital literacy app



- Ensure that we have the necessary information and tools to anticipate and measure Digital trends and insights. 



- Integrate sources and knowledge from different areas across the System (Strategy, Human Insights, etc.) 



- Develop or impulse if needed, new tools or methodologies to ensure the correct anticipation of trends and knowledge.  



- Inspire & leveraging knowledge to help the teams to go for new opportunities  



- Developing content program—assessing current curriculum and adding new subjects and courses to the existing line up 



- Design ongoing engagement programs such as yammer recognition and badges / certificates in workday, cornerstone and linked in 



- Communicate and track completion rate of program for LAG leadership team 



- Be the face of the TCCC's community of digital education  



- Work closely with the digital transformation and HR teams to influence LATAM digital strategy  



- Develop world class learning digital experience. 



- Create Gamification activities. 



- Connect talent and capabilities to serve all business objectives.  



- EProduct: Mobile and Web app (version 2.0 is in current development) 



- Developing communication strategy to push completion rate of the program and new functionalities or new content



General Requirements:



- Fluent English and Spanish



- +10 years of professional experience 



- Expertise leading holistic understanding of market trends  



- Expertise in leading cross functional projects on common interest



- Regional experience (a plus) 



- Experience on encouraging continue learning mindset (a plus) 



- Working in multifunctional teams with agile methodologies



- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills  



- Be resilient and willing to work against the current status quo (people are not engaging with the current strategy) 



- Be proactive and have an entrepreneur mindset, we need a strong leader who can act independently
