The Market Access Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with PAHO Procurement and working on key projects regarding GeoExpansion with Argentina Public Business Partners. Also supporting Argentina private Access. The position reports directly to the Commercial Head. The role’s primary responsibilities include being the lead point of contact with PAHO procurement, anticipate the client’s needs and execute sales and delivery (coordinating with CommOps) according to the commercial strategy. The role will also bring in new business and projects from GeoExpansion in the Region and will develop new relationships with potential clients. The role will also work with the medical affairs department, CommsOps and Regulatory, making synergy between them to achieve expansion. The position will be based in Argentina Office and will travel around Latin America countries. Responsabilities: 1. Assure Customer Centricity focus Develop a solid and trusting relationship with PAHO procurement and our partners. Expand current relationships and bring in market opportunities. Analyze market data, propose alternatives and engage new customers. Develop a complete understanding of country and market needs, identifying and proposing actions to improve results. Jointly with CommOps assure the execution of sales and delivery. Be the voice of the customer in internal meetings. Feed the marketing function with insights and recommendations. Develop KPIs to track the success. 2. Invest for future growth Develop and implement strategies for seizing market opportunities within the countries included in the scope of the role. Plan and lead the launch of the new products in the PAHO and GeoExpansion markets. Develop strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Participate in the meetings with PAHO and our partners regarding GeoExpansion. Develop a Policy Plan jointly with the global policy team to drive innovation in the region. 3. Relationship with Regional KOL’s and medical societies Participate in activities with KOL and relevant physicians across the region. Participate in key local congresses, to develop the relationship with the relevant Medical Societies and HCPs. Collaborate with Medical Affairs in the preparation of the company and our portfolio to drive innovation. Job Criteria Accountable for the successful execution of sales targets and the relationship with PAHO and GeoExpansion. Support marketing and medical activities to make sure that the company’s products have the right awareness. Competitive intelligence and market data to drive sales. Contribute ideas around participation in Regional Medical Congresses and Activities. Feed client needs to the operational and supply chain team. Interactions with Regional stakeholders such as PAHO and support to country flu campaigns Develop strategies and approaches to drive value discussions with customers in a highly competitive environment. Identify potential areas of opportunities to grow and gain market share. Contribute to the generation of ideas, business cases and their successful implementation, if approved. Develop a thorough understanding of the LatinAmerica market and the competitive landscape. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop firm and lasting commercial relationships with customers. Empathy to understand the other party’s point of view and be able to drive value-added discussions. Proactive and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills. Team Working. Strong ability to work collaboratively internally and externally.
