Better requires process discipline and simplification We’ll be looking to you to compile, sort,

and verify documents to support accounting functions. Also, you will peer support for business processes, comply with business key performance indicators, assertively communicate, and properly handle escalations with peers, management, and stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for the account reconciliation process and retention of proper documentation, comply with internal policies and international accounting standards. Also, we’ll be looking to you to support the training of processes related to the Business with other team members and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have: Attention to detail and assertive communication. Sense of urgency and problem solving. 2 years of experience in bank conciliations, account analysis or accounting clerical experience or equivalent in one or more of the following disciplines: month end close, accruals, flux analysis, external audit engagement. NIIF and IFRS knowledge (desirable). Graduated in economics or soon to be graduated. Intermediate English level (desirable). Intermediate / advanced Excel. Oracle system knowledge (desirable).
