We are looking for an Account Manager to create longterm, trusting relationships with our customers.The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.In this role, you will liaise with crossfunctional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.This position may require occasional travel.If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we'd like to meet you.Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and teamwide sales quotas.Ultimately,

a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the longrun.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededForecast and track key account metricsPrepare reports on account statusRequirementsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and ClevelExperience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
