The job includes to+ Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans.

Identifies new market opportunities (i.e., products/services, technologies, markets). Monitors organization's market share and competition. Coordinates all phases of product development, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Develops overall marketing objectives and strategy and further product development. Works closely with customer base to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions. Funnels information to the other areas within the organization, such as manufacturing and sales, as appropriate. Will be responsible for Cyramza's Customer Plan.+ Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for Cyramza. Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.+ Develops, maintains, and enhances the company's image with thought leaders/high profile individuals and/or groups. Organizes company-sponsored symposia for consultant and advisory board meetings. Responds to outside requests for samples, literature, and general information. Develops concepts and aligns programs with market, product and brand strategies. Designs and implements educational programs. Will be responsible for integration of customer and product knowledge with the sales force. Will negotiate sponsorship contracts.+ Plans, creates, and produces marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. Produces informational material for the sales force and for communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Evaluates and modifies promotion or advertising programs. Prepares and/or approves all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material. Consults with company management, product managers, sales department, and advertising agencies to develop and implement promotional plans and recommend sales philosophy, approach, and media. May purchase promotional materials including, but not limited to, displays/signage/pre-packs, promotional printing, coupons, premiums, art, and photography. Perform, coordinate, and oversee activities such as layout, sales kit preparation, display arrangement, internet promotions and sales outline writing. May choose agency and source of placement.+ Oversees writing, editing and authenticating of technical and promotional materials including application papers, product descriptions, data sheets, specification books, conference presentations and brochures. May also create content for Internet-based communications. Analyzes and interprets data to determine appropriate syntax, style and grammatical usage required for documents. Prepares multimedia presentations. Selects graphics to be incorporated in literature. Works to adapt material to meet high linguistic quality and cultural requirements. Creates and maintains product specific terminology glossaries and language style guides to ensure consistency and cultural conformity. English is mandatory.+ Implements interactive marketing projects to exploit marketing opportunities. Communicates and educates sales teams on solutions and tools available through the Internet and online networks. Manages and delivers digital or eMarketing activities. Manages the process of working closely with all brands, the agencies and other key suppliers to establish objectives and goals for e-initiatives, including online functionality, design, usability, and measurement of added value or impact. May manage third party partnerships to support all digital and eMarketing initiatives. Manages Oncology Lilly Conexiones.+ Performs analyses in the areas of product preferences, potentials, sales coverage, market size, penetration, competitor assessments, marketing practices and trends, and prepares forecasts and recommendations. Researches market conditions in assigned areas to determine potential sales of Cyramza. Keeps informed about developments in the government, military, economic, scientific, political, industrial, and international fields as they apply to the organization's future marketing plans. Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their strategies, prices, sales, and method of operation. Collects and maintains information on the requirements, organization, budget, and preferences of prospective customers and competitors. Compile and analyze statistical data on past sales and trends to forecast future trends and state-of-the-art changes.+ Plans, develops and oversees marketing events (e.g., conventions, sales meetings) for internal and external clients. Coordinates customer invitation solicitations, advanced and on-site registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations. Researches available venues and recommends event sites; investigates, selects, negotiates and coordinates services with vendors, including catering and event support.
