Position Type Full time Type Of Hire br br Experienced relevant combo of work and education Education Desired br br Bachelor of Engineering Travel Percentage br br 25 Are you curious motivated and forward thinking At FIS youll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology Our talented people empower us and we believe in being part of a team that is open collaborative entrepreneurial passionate and above all fun br br About the team br br The Enterprise Regional Strategy team helps drive new revenue for FIS We form part of the Merchant Solutions division of FIS providing payment solutions to the worlds largest international companies We work closely with General Managers and Sales leaders to build strategic growth plans drive new market launches and execute new growth initiatives to maximise sales success We also work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure successful in region product rollouts and take up We are a global team with team members located in several countries br br What you will be doing br br The LATAM Regional Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and driving Enterprise regional growth in the LATAM region with a strong focus on sales execution You will create valuable market insights assess our existing presence and capabilities in the region and produce strategic recommendations for in year revenue growth You will then be the driver behind the execution of your recommendations working in collaboration with teams across the business to make a tangible impact on key commercial KPIs br br Main duties and responsibilities br br Act as a focal point of contact for sales teams in the LATAM region br Create overviews of regional market consumer behaviour and payments landscape insights br Segment the region in a meaningful way for targeting purposes including an overview of existing FIS customer presence in region br Provide input into FISs marketing function to support them in creating exciting and engaging marketing campaigns for in region lead generation and to maximise the success of these campaigns e g supporting sales teams to convert leads generated br Define our Product strategy for the region including off the shelf product focus to meet in year targets and identification of gaps in our offerings br Produce business cases with a focus on revenue modelling to support the build of regional Product requirements and champion these requirements internally to ensure sign off br Create compelling sales collateral including Product buying statements that is tailored to specific in region customer needs br Attend sales pitches to support our sales teams close deals br Deliver regional Product training ensure all sellers across the Globe talk about our Products to the market in the same way and with the same degree of knowledge and confidence br Track and drive regional sales pipelines enabling laser focus on key opportunities and what it will take to close these deals br Design and maintain regional KPI dashboards including financial sales and people performance KPIs br Regularly update internal stakeholders Executives and Senior Leaders on the status of the LATAM region including performance against Budget key risks dependencies and opportunities What you bring br br 3 4 years in strategy consulting or a commercial role in payments or a similar field br Language skills fluent in English Spanish and or Portuguese br Commercially focused with a desire to drive great outcomes for the business br Experience with engaging on a strategic level with key stakeholders br Proactive and strategic thinker able to look ahead to foresee issues and plan around them br Excellent organisation skills able to coordinate across multiple projects and stay on top of details br Analytical skills including intermediate level financial modelling and business case creation br Clear proactive communicator both written and verbal able to li
