Job Description:



3M is searching a Sales Specialist for Health Information System division in United Arab Emirates to drive profitable growth in the MEA Region for the business. The resource will provide sales and marketing advice and consults with leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plans. Will determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Will be responsible for establishing and managing sales targets for division within the sales and marketing organization. Identifies and defines market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives. Key Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the HIS existing customers (hospitals,

insurance companies, etc) and 3M internal team to guarantee customers sustainability Manage the contract renewal. Developing sales opportunities to targeted user segments Provide selective reports to management on competitive offerings, pricing, key market information, forecasts for bookings. Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards Handling customer inquiries from sales preceptive (invoicing, contract amendment etc) Achieve annual territory business plan sales, profit, and budget goals Qualifications: A Bachelor level university degree (background in Health information management would be a plus) 5 years of relevant working experience in the industry of coding, Revenue cycle management and speech recognition systems Ability to communicate effectively across the organization Ability to conduct presentations and demos to the clients Ability to negotiate directly with the customers Experience and knowledge in the CRM (Salesforce.com) using Microsoft and iOS English knowledge is a must, Arabic knowledge would be preferred Driving license Ability to travel Travel: around 40-50% of working time, mainly domestic Our contribution to your success: At 3M, you grow through challenging tasks in a leading global company and be rewarded for your efforts.
