As our Customer Support Agent, you are the face of Ekster, and thus play an important role in our team. The job will be covering the American Time-Zone to help our customers smoothly make purchases and assist our European team. You get energy from interacting with our customers and constantly reflect on how we can improve our processes, you will gain hands-on skills and experience working with our customer support team.
Requirements:
- C2 English level certificate or a bachelor's degree program that was in English (University level)
- Experience in working in a customer support agent role for more than 1 year. Preferred experience: working for an E-commerce company for more than 6 months.
- Experience with using Microsoft Suite and various online systems and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products and processes inside and out so that you can answer questions and queries
- Processing orders, requests, concerns, and general inquiries
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer service

Salary: $108,500.00 per month
