Requirements:
5 years of experience with technical skill set, in the role of Business Analyst or System Analyst.
3 Years of experience as a business analyst or similar role documenting business process flow and requirements.
Experience in financial industry is key.
Ability to identify customer and business needs and translate them into solution specification documents and reference specification documents.
Strong experience with dynamic, data-driven web-based applications
Must work well in a team environment (both distributed and co-located), interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders.
Highly effective written and oral communication skills for internal and external audiences
Advanced English communication skills (written and oral).
Capable of prioritizing independently based on guidelines.
Independent, self-motivated, and success driven.
Job Responsibilities:
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
Client Specification Development.
Attend client deep dive meetings and gather requirements.
Support design iterations and question/answer between client and other professional services resources/teams.
Product Understanding.
Document requirements in a specified format and translate requirements into functional specifications.
