Successful candidates will join the Human Resources team which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1000 employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights. Responsible for extending official offers, managing salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
- Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
- Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
- Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
