JD:
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager.
Mandatory: Experience managing teams focused on mobile application development.
Strong understanding of mobile application development for iOS and Android.
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them within agreed timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with native and cross-platform mobile technologies.
Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
Experience with mobile application architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Experience working with distributed or general engineering teams.
