Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
Responsible for extending official offers, managing salary negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to integral recruitment protocols
