The Intelligent Contracting Automation team is part of SAP's Corporate Processes & IT and the Content X Digitalization group.
The Intelligent Contracting Automation team is responsible for managing SAP's contracting templates, contract request forms and template automation.
As a diverse, global team, we continuously serve our customers with seamlessly working, easy to use and professionally managed templates and other digitalized legal content with as much automation as possible in order to achieve standardization and scalability.
What you'll do:
Position title: SAP Intern - Intelligent Contracting Automation
Location: Buenos Aires
Expected start date: January 4, minimum 6 months (longer term preferred based on performance and business needs)
In this role:
We are looking for an intern (f/m/d)



pursuing business or legal studies with a solid affinity for technology and IT systems or an intern pursuing information technology studies with a solid affinity for commercial and financial processes.
Monitor the template upload pipeline in our template management tool.
Track and manage upload requests through our template management tool and JIRA.
Upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website using our content management tool.
Ensure exemplary document quality control for each upload.
Help with end user support in case of issues with published templates.
Contribute to making our tools and solutions more scalable and AI-based.
Who you are:
Education: Current student enrolled in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields (or similar background with an interest in these areas).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) required.
Comprehension with SAP ERP, Adobe Experience Manager, or advanced Excel is a solid advantage.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (required); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently.
